Terms of Service

These terms govern the SMS/text-message program operated by QUINCE GROUP CAPITAL LLC (“Cool Sudz Car Wash”). By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from Cool Sudz Car Wash at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You join by taking one of these deliberate actions:

• checking the consent box on our text-club form or another of our sign-up forms or QR-code pages (the box is never pre-checked) — the box on our text-club form reads:

“I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. wash specials, promotions, and car wash updates) from Cool Sudz Car Wash at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”

• checking the SMS consent box at our in-store check-in kiosk or at the lane, or
• texting an advertised opt-in keyword (such as JOIN or START) to our number.

Before any marketing text, you get a text that tells you how to stop. If our program asks you to confirm by replying YES, we send you no marketing texts until you do.

Message frequency varies (for example, weekly specials and occasional updates). Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We send marketing texts only between 8 AM and 9 PM your local time, with tighter limits where state law requires them; a text that responds to something you did, such as your welcome text, a confirmation, a reply to your message or our answer to HELP or STOP, can arrive at any time. You must be 18 or older (or have your guardian’s permission) and be the account holder or have the account holder’s consent for the number you enroll. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel — you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages of any kind, account notices included. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and ARRET work too, and so do plain words like “please stop”. You can also opt out on our Contact & Messaging page or by asking us. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact Cool Sudz Car Wash at info@coolsudz.com.

After STOP, reply START (or UNSTOP) to turn texts back on.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms as the program evolves; the version and effective date above will change when we do. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
